In the Mind Right Endurance family, each athlete is treated as an individual which means customized workouts. Every athlete receives a weekly training plan that is catered to not only their goals, but also their life responsibilities and daily schedules. While you can easily find generalized training plans, we are serious about 1-on-1 coaching which creates lasting results and relationships. As we get to know our athletes, we begin to have faster results and more consistent training. By focusing on customization and communication, we continue to cater to individual athletes in both their athletic career and overall life balance.
Brandon officially started coaching in April 2016 and earned his Ironman U Coach’s certification in July of the same year. He is currently coaching multiple new athletes who are training for their first 70.3 distance race and several seasoned runners who are looking to hit new personal records in both half marathon and marathon distances. He is passionate about helping others push their limits and achieve goals they never thought were possible. In the past he was always interested in helping friends and other athletes based on his experiences and successes as an athlete and after a few years of helping friends he knew that coaching was something he wanted to do on a regular basis. Brandon is constantly seeking more knowledge in the sport and has a plan to earn other certifications in the future. As an athlete, busy professional, and someone who is active in his local community he knows very well what it takes to juggle things and still train. He takes this approach when building effective training plans for athletes who have busy lives. As an athlete Brandon has completed several marathons in under 4 hours and has gone sub 5:30 in an Ironman 70.3.

Nickie is a professional triathlete who lives and trains in her hometown of Dayton, OH. Before endurance sports found their way into her life, she had a successful career playing Division I soccer at the University of Cincinnati and after many years on the soccer field she wanted to stay fit, which is where she found her new challenge in endurance sports. Triathlon became her main focus in 2010 and she has now been racing professionally for 3 seasons. Nickie is a registered nurse and is an employee of eleven years at a locally owned running store, Up and Running in Dayton. She has an extensive background in running as she has taught beginner programs through the store and she currently teaches the store's monthly running form classes. Nickie is also in her second season as an assistant coach for the men's and women's cross country team at Bellbrook High School. She credits many of her life successes to sports and to her coaches that have helped mold her as an individual.
